King of Prussia/Plymouth Meeting and Center City are popular. I am doing a split tour to a few of these cities so I guess I would suggest doing a split tour if you have the time 
Question on Best Area to visit.
Downtown Philly or KOP or both, split the trip? I also have a question about a local board I heard about from one of my ladies but she doesn't recall the name of it, please PM if you do.

I'm a fan of CC, although some clients would complain of parking and traffic.
There is definitely more to do for fun in CC than in KOP during down-time. I suspect hotel costs are also a tiny bit higher than KOP.

Center City with lots of hotel choices, restaurants, shopping.
Airport is good also
KOP is a cop hot spot. Busts there all the time.

yes- KOP known for more busts than center city, though think mostly they go after backpage- its ok as long as you be careful with your screening
center city probably better- more to do- airport and kop not much going on
