I have a question. I go to the two bars mentioned above very often and as I'm in and out of them I'm always called to by the girls on the street. The sg's actually are checked by the governing agency more than any other prostitutes in Tijuana. The bars have hidden rooms for the most part for the chicas to hide in but the sg's are out in the open.

The walkers are the group that do not have cards.

If they are out side the hotel most will use that hotel.But if you see one you like a block or two away most want to use the hotel they are in front of or the closest one.Some will go to your hotel.Most escorts will not use the zone hotels.
Almost every SG will tell you her rules when it comes up, but most of them will break most of their rules the more comfortable they get w/ you. The difference between street girls and walkers in that street girls have health cards. Regulatory checks frequently to see they have a health card and it simply isn't possible for a SG for work for any period of time.
