I think you may be off base on this. While a discharge can be a sign of infection or other illness, vaginal mucus, which is essential for good gynecological health, changes in consistency and color during a woman's cycle. It can be thin and clear, or clear but with an egg white consistency, or it can be white and thick like a lotion, or drier and almost crumbly, all of which occur during specifice phases of a woman's cycle. Or course, a woman's mucus may be different during her life time and may be different than the norm, but still be healthy in every way.

I don't know if this is true. I'm not sure what pussy juice is and how it differs from cream, but the "cream" is simply mucus generated by the vagina in response to sexual stimulation. I don't think "friction" has anything to do with it. In my limited experience, although there was lots of friction, the white "cream" started flowing almost as soon as we got started because of her time of the month, the period between her last sexual event (it was me a week earlier) and her excitement.
