You are confused on the meaning of PSE. My advice/suggestion is do not go looking for this. It is extremely unsafe and there are no guarantees regardless of the amount of tests done to say you are each disease free. Enjoy the hobby in a safe way, it's still pretty damn good.

If you are trolling, you ticked the right boxes. Congrats.  

If not..

1) PSE does not mean bareback.  It generally means a more action-oriented encounter, as contrasted to GFE.  

2) There is absolutely nothing you can do to ensure a provider is disease free. Same with you. That's why we use condoms.

3) "High end providers" aren't going to fuck you without a condom. Some providers will, but they aren't high-end. Seriously dude... you are playing with fire here

Bareback? An easy alternative...

There is a simple formula for this:

1. Schedule date with provider of choice.  
2. Take her to riding stable.
3. Rent 1 horse for session.
4. Do not rent saddle.
5. You and provider mount horse, then one another.
6. Leave condom off horse.

You and the provider are now riding bareback.

Find a Provider that you like.

See her for a while with a Cover. This way you get to know her and she gets to know you.

Be Super Nice to her.

Then ask if you can go BBFS with her. If she says No then you'll have to respect her decision.

Never force a Provider to go BBFS.  

BBFS is Risky. But it's worth the Reward if you find the right Provider.

Think about the implications of what you're requesting.

Start by going to the location below. You can ask about PSE. Don't know if you'll get it, but BBFS will likely be safe.

You don't need BBFS for an amazing PSE ;)

Personally, I don't think you should take the risky, you just never know and testing gets really tricky! You can have an amazing PSE without BBFS. It's all about the energy, the vibe, the way you guys get going! The finish, I'm all about- with those who are into it- an amazing finish, my inner pornstar just comes out and you forget you even have a raincoat on! So it's really not necessary, just do your research and let your provider know the kind of session your looking for!

For those of you that have Never had or Done BBFS, BBFS feels Awesome. Going Bare is a Great Feeling. I'm very Lucky to have found a Provider that lets me BBFSCIP with her.

 
If you Guys and Ladies prefer using a Cover, that's Fine. But there are a few of us that like going BBFS.

Thanks everybody for their replies. I'm just confused and now I'm cleared. I will never go Bareback. But I'm not looking to go bareback with high end provider when I asked how can I contact them.

That's the separate issue. I can't really contact them because I have no referral.
