Yep the young girl's baby is not a punishment for her like the educated scholar Obama says a baby is to girls of that age so I would think the Obama camp and the Obama zombies would not want to tread on this sensitive issue and wish her well since Bristol will be married soon.

The most ignorant of children know what condoms are by the age of 12..Do we need to spend millions of hours of students time dumbing them down ,telling them ,demonstrating with bannanas,about something most of them don't and won't bother to use, except as balloons.. We are talking about teens..
For example my own dumb ass self..At the age of 12 I started getting lectures on sex and the consequences.. I got all the safe sex and condom lectures, and "you better not get some girl pregnant or you will be paying not us, and a cases of condoms for my 14th birthday..As a teen, like most teens I practiced the reckless abandon method..
I never used a condom until I was 25.

A little off topic, but even though I became sexually active in the pre-aids '70's I learned to use a condom at a realtively early age. Thanks to the military I spent my 18th and 19th years in Germany where the hobby is legal and condoms were always mandatory. I have to confess I almost never used them for civvie sex until my middle twenties also.

One of the best most informative classes I took as a child ,although it was in Catholic school, was health class.. The only teacher I ever had who wasn't a nun or a Priest except one phys ed teacher.. She did talk about condoms and the reduced risk of pregnancy.. I wonder now,if the Nuns and priests knew as she would get quite graphic.. The thing she taught most about health was the necessity about proper hygiene ..That was 7th grade..and my Grand Dad to Grand son health class said to pour whiskey on your Dick afterwards if you screwed without a condom..
