I'm very experienced with urethral sounds, I strongly advise anyone playing with sounds be very knowledgable about proper sterilization techniques and sepsis. Ladies specializing in any invasive procedure should be able to fully explain all techniques to you properly as well as what sterile procedures they are utilizing to keep you and them safe.
