It seems that many gents are happy to help defer the cost of the female condom because it makes such a big difference for them. I know how much better it is for me! They are pricey, let's face it for $9.95 you get 3 of them or for $9.95 you can get 12 standard condoms. But then again it is the quality you are paying for, the sensation is so much more realistic. I would rather provide my gents with the option than no option at all. This way all of the gents that were in the hj/bj situation before can now settle things however they like without interruption.

I don't know how familiar the rest of you are with the female condom but I just ordered some for the first time about a week ago and I have to tell you that I absolutely love them! They provide for a much more natural feeling and enhanced experience while still offering you the safety of a barrier method. They are available online at various online sites and are a wee bit more than traditional condoms but in my opinion worth every penny. I think they are a great option for those who have difficulty with traditional condoms as it affords you the safety you need minus the feeling of restriction. They must however be used correctly and I strongly advise anyone new to them to make sure that they become comfortable with them prior to use. If anyone else has any feedback I'd love to hear it!

I've seen a lot of threads saying that they provide a much more natural feeling for the guys, but what about the ladies. Do they make a big difference for you as well.
Just a sidelight...There was one thread on the general board, and several ladies expressed some concern that they might be a little awkward when it comes time to insert them. Then, one lady said that she likes to make a game out of it, sort of a group effort, using a toy, which actually makes it sound like a lot of fun.
Personally, I think it feels 100% better for me. There is no comparison, it is such a difference that I really felt I had to share it here. I didn't feel awkward using it, I simply went with it and my gents enjoyed the visual aspect and I deflected any awkwardness by just being ok with the situation. Maybe having worked in the medical field for many years has made me so comfy with my body that I don't see things like this as a big deal. I am sure some ladies would prefer to excuse themselves, I prefer that my gentlemen either participate so that they know it is there and we are both comfortable, or I just do it quickly enough while carrying on conversation and such that there isn't really any interruption. I still can't chew gum and walk at the same time though...Or maybe it was pat my head and rub my tummy at the same time?

..who used them. I, in fact, even purchased a package of them for one of my ATFs a couple years back because at least at that time they were much more expensive than the norm.
It was a more natural feeling, no question about that.
Bill, You are the best!!! They aren't as much as they used to be, but I know how much I like them and am sure that those who haven't tried them yet will love them! (at least I hope so!)

I have seen just a handful of threads regarding this and would love to experience. I would have a sense of safety about it, especially if provider is comfortable and am curious to the enhanced pleasure people speak about (as condoms usually affect my responsiveness). I travel regularly to western MA for business...Savanah, do you ever tour in that area?
I haven't yet been to western Mass but I am always happy to take requests and begin visiting a new area. I hope that when more ladies start using the female condom the price will come down. Until then, I think that those of us who prefer them will just grin and bear the price. To me it is a huge difference in terms of feeling and sensitivity and greatly enhances the effect. We all have different preferences and of course one should become familiar with using this type of protection before using it with an active partner. Practice makes perfect!

As an older hobbiest I think it's a great idea and wish more providers would use the female condom. As they say, to be successful in sales, know your audience. We older guys grew up in a time when condoms were rarely used and I for one have had many recent experiences that turned out "just okay" because I couldn't get off with the condom and had to settle for a HJ or BJ. I know the cost is a lot more, but I for one would pay the difference if given the option!
