Does anyone have a good place to take a date dancing?

And when I mean a "date" I don't mean the middle aged lady you met at the water cooler in the office.

Ideally a place close to center city, maybe that plays some disco or salsa, where a dude with a touch of grey in his beard can dance with a young girl all tatted up in short skirt without causing too much of a controversy?
