Yes, the vast majority of quality, professional girls will give you a full hour, if not 5-10 minutes more than the hour.
The problem you describe is not common, if you do your homework. You prevent this from seeing TER reviewed girls and reading their reviews and pm their reviewers. You will quickly realize who the legit girls are and who are the scammers. That can only be done by getting VIP membership here. The cost is worth it's weight in gold but if you write reviews, membership is free.

Established, highly reviewed companions are key in order to prevent this from happening. If you pay for an hour, you should be able to spend the entire time whichever way you decide to and she should honor the full hour. Also if you plan to get more than one cup of coffee, you may want to look for that also in reviews.
If you don't speak up and something is bothering you then there will be no good outcome. The girls are unprofessional or taking advantage of you being a newbie. My clients wether they book an hour or three or half a day, stay as long as they want within the time they paid for.
If it's an hour my client booked he gets the full hour unless he wants to leave earlier.
If the provider maybe is newer herself she might still have something to learn about customer service. 
We most definitely are in the customer service arena , among other arenas but the customer needs to be walking away happy as a clam after meeting with his provider.
This is one where you def should read reviews and don't let her kick you out early. If she atarts getting dressed say, gently, " I would love to play some more ". A good woman will not need to be asked and will jump all over you.
MSOG means Multiple Shots on Goal. If the ad doesn't say it, you should ask about it to be sure that you are getting a full hour of service. However, if the ad says GFE, MSOG is generally implied.
Sadly, this is generally a moot point for those who are temporally challenged, or is it advanced?
A newbie doesn't have the experience to ask if MSOG is on the menu as many girls in p4p will not respond to that request, for obvious reasons, and will put him on their DNS list.
Now some will be ok with asking AFTER he has been verified, but still, some will not be and he will have no idea which camp the girl falls into beforehand.
He should get the info he needs from the reviews.

This is called "One and done." Unfortunately, some well reviewed ladies will pull this on you and is often not mentioned in reviews. I went a couple of times around with Audrey Heff (reviewed here), first time went 45 min and she started to get dressed wanting to catch hotel breakfast before they closed. Second time, went 1/2 hour and she got dressed and said she'd walk out with me. ??? And this @ $$$$. Never went back.

I am still new to this hobby. The last two girls I saw were suppose to be for an hour. Both off the times I climaxed in less than 30 minutes and then the session was over. I bothers me that my donation was for an hour and the last two times I didn't even get half that time. Is that common or do most girls give the full hour? How do I prevent this from happening again?
