Find a good number of possible escorts that you wouldn't mind seeing and write to them explaining your situation.  Don't overdo it, they get lots of emails and weed out the ones that seem to be a waste of time.

Just explain in the most sincere way that you are a newbie and want to see them and write well also, what your teacher taught you in school is true - spelling and grammar do count.

Also be liberal with your personal information such as home and work place addresses and phone numbers. Doing this gives them a comfort factor. Be sure you stick to very well reviwed providers also as you are sending out lots of personal information and want it treated well.

I'm willing to bet that out of say, a half dozen escorts, you will find a taker.

Another way is to go with an agency; they are often far more liberal in their requirements.  Many escorts will accept an agency's referal, or a referal from the escort from the agency you saw.  (That would require getting her personal email however which is a bit tricky.)

The bottom line is, everyone was once a newbie and then got hooked up.  A little perceverence is all it takes.

I followed Mr Fisher's advice pretty much to the letter and found one fairly quickly that would see me.

Three additional thoughts- after you've selected several from looking at their TER profiles and picking very well reviewed ladies- look at each one's website-  occasionally you see a website that addresses newbie/no references in the FAQ or etiquette section.  Also, consider one of the screening services- Room Service 2000, datecheck, preferred 411, etc- sometimes this adds just enough credibility to help slide you by.  Also, start participating in the discussions on your regional board- get's your TER handle known and recognized.

I'm sort of curious about references as well..

I have seen like 4 providers, and during my follow up email, I always ask them if they mind I used them as a reference.. so far they have all been great and said not a problem for using them as references...

However, my question is this.. I've been using the same provider (the first one I saw) as a reference when talking to new providers, and I'm curious if she might get annoyed or mad if I keep using her.. spparently she's been giving stellar references for me, but should I be alternating between different providers when using them as references?

This one has come up before, and I experienced the same problem.  You just have to find someone that HAS been reviewed that will see you without a reference for the first time.  Many will take just one good reference, especially if she has several reviews, and then you're on your way.  There are a minority of the ads on the back pages of the weeklies that have reviews, and many of those advertise they'll go on short notice and normally the screening there is pretty easy.  Just don't fall for the ones with no reviews, as you will not only get no reference but you may not get what is advertised, or worse.

Occasionally on the regional boards, you will see a well written post by a newbie stating, I'm new here, I want to see a quality lady, and I am willing to provide any info necessary for this to happen.
