that the comments of others become meaningless. So, even though I've branded myself as irrelevant, I'll offer these thoughts. I used to think MM's were evil and against nature but years later I realized that most of the providers I find really hot have MM's, like 80%. That's a significant number. And one girl went from being a gorgeous waif to a Playboy model so it can make a difference!

One factor is the quality of the surgeon so you need to research this carefully. There are butchers out there. A number of the girls have had their girls redone because of dissatisfaction with the initial set. That's an expensive and painful mistake. Also, don't go too big if you have a smaller frame. Proportional is the goal.  

Still, if you are a young woman with nice natural breasts I would be cautious. Why lose two good things?

It's a personal choice - but I, for one, don't mind either way.

I believe you should think about the procedure for a little more time than you think you may need.  You are changing your body and if you have any regrets you can never go 100% back to what was.  I have know many women with very small brests that I believe looked more perfect than any of the "perfect" brests on models or any actress.  Really consider why you may want the procedure and make sure it is what you really want.  You are correct that different fads of surgeries come and go and often many regret the choice to change the beautiful body they were given.

In my opinion most women get work done to their body that is unnecessary.  I looked at your gallery photos.  You are a very beautiful girl.  To ask if you (and many women) need to have various inhancement forms of plastic surgery is like saying The Statue of Michelangelo's David needs to be more hung.

 This is my opinion and in no way am I trying to be jumping on a soap box trying to force others to believe what I think.  I saw your request asking for us guys opinion and wanted to throw mine out there.  I believe if you want to do it for yourself then go for it.  Just make sure it is what you want to do.

This is strictly my personal taste but I do not find small perky breasts attractive. While I really like big boobs - the problem is that natural big boobs tend to get a bit saggy and sometimes feel too squishy, but implants on the other hand, look and feel fantastic.
