I really like to talk to providers. That creates a problem when I meet with someone with a less than adequate command of the English language. As a result, I tend to avoid anyone identified from other countries. Many "Latinas" are all-American girls whose English is better than mine, while others are from other countries and, while lovely women and quite friendly, cannot participate as I like with the "oral" part of the encounter.

So, to our lovely Latina-Americans, while I know that this is my issue, I don't want to miss great opportunities to meet American (or English, or other native English-speaking) women with whom I could make a great connection. Any ideas on how to know which is which?
