278 is primarily a Nextel exchange in Lancaster--guess what dept just ended a contract with.....
Also, there is a late-40s Sgt. in PA named Marie Morgan--but in Clifton Heights.
FYI, the last two digits of the number tied to that email is "80", whatever that can mean.
