why some ladies use other providers pictures and information?
I will assume they do not have special likes, dislikes, hobbies and that's why they need to copy other website information.
About the pictures I don't understand why they don't use their own pictures? Are they embarrassed about their appearance?, maybe like the pictures and can't afford to take them?

You are being too nice. Ladies, pimps and certain agencies, use fake pictures to fool hobbyists into thinking they will be seeing beautiful women. It has nothing to do with a poor self image or the inability to project personality. It is just dishonest trickery to lure the suckers in.
Others, generally independents, excuse "borrowing" of photographs because they don't want to compromise their identities. The motivation may seem better, but it still is trickery and dishonest.
I would not waste my time trying to help others see a better way. They aren't interested in being better; just in being richer.
