let's say for now he's not secretly BatMan, but GWB is a superhero, so then, it's time for make-believe :
1. what would his superhero identity be? [for example, Incompetent Man? Impeachable Man? War Monger Man?, etc...]
2. who would be his archenemies? [other than truth, jutice and the American way; liberals; greens; Dems; political realists; multilateralists; Keynesian ecnomists; advocates of reproductive choice; etc..]
3. what would his actual superpower[s] be [the bility to fuck everything up beyond repair?]
4. what would be his Achilles Heel [an inability to disbelieve anything told to him by AIPAC, the Xtian fundies, the NeoConMen, the Likud, etc...?]
5. what would be his backstory/creation myth? [born in comfort and priveledge to an uber-WASPy family firmly rooted in the heart of the American establishment, young George Bush found he had absolutely no interest in afflicting the comfortable, comforting the afflicted, righting the many wrongs and injustices of the world, sticking up for the underdogs of society, getting drafted and sent to VietNam, etc...and discovered he had the supernatural ability to trade on unearned dumb luck and good fortune, to fail miserably and to be rewarded for said failures, etc..{sounds like damn useful powers to me, but I'm doubting if Stan Lee could have done much with that material].
All right go to it. If you wish you may also/alternatively answer the questions for Senators Obama nd McCain. So...

You nailed his archenemies, although after your last one, advocates of reproductive choice, (I assume you don't mean he's against stuff like foam, condoms or IUD's, etc,) so I'd add an archenemy, "people who prefer bullshit euphemisms to accurate words."
Also, I don't think your number 5 would work since that probably covers 90% of the male population over 50.
I bet GWB would know it was Bob Kane not Stan Lee who created Batman.
