With all due respect... are actually going to show up in Chicago this time. This is the fourth time in about 16 months you've advertised a trip... on the past three, you've never showed.

I could relate to that... the first time. But three?? and now this is her fourth time telling us shes coming to town. It's one thing to put out a feeler for potential appointments, but call it as such. Don't state you're coming to town if you aren't sure you're going to do it.
Twice before I've made appointments with her when she advertised a trip here and each time shes been a no show. The confirmation call when she arrives in town never comes. With that reputation, no one will call her until it's confirmed she's already here.
