Hello gentlemen, the holidays are stressful enough and when you tack on work week stress load and the stress shopping for loved ones often brings, often times, you forget to take care of you. There is no "breathing down your neck" supervisor, no deadlines to meet, noone to shop for. Remember you have to make time for yourself.
