..... might be hard to find. Some do public m&g as screening but those seem like a bad idea to me.
Newbie friendly doesn't mean you'll be seen without some screening or at least it shouldn't.
As a newbie you might have to buckle down and give your personal info up to someone. At the very least a 3rd party site like P411 or Date-Check but fyi some providers could stick ask for extra info since you'd still be without any references.

Join a verification site but keep in mind that belonging to one of those does not guarantee seeing the lady, in fact additional verification may be required. Remember that most of us do have a life outside this (some ladies are married, have kids, a real job, a career etc.) so they are risking their endeavors as much as you are. Typically, screening/verification is a painless , discreet and a necessary process in order to avoid negative scenarios. Believe me, a top notch provider is not interested on divulging your personal information to anyone,this info is only used for her safety and your safety.
