So i have tickets to the Grand Prix tomorrow (saturday) - they were free so i have nothing invested.

Has anyone been to this before? I have had a few people tell me it is rather boring. Watching cars roar by at 100 mph but you can only see about 1/100 of the track

It's fun if you're a car guy the ALMS cars at lots of fun to watch Saturday at 2:30 and the paddock is cool

I agree with mustang4675, ALMS is cool especially if you visit the paddock.
Having been to the original Le Mans a few times... Baltimore does not feel like a race track.
The stands are set the wrong way.  Why put is on the inside of turn 1..... you can't see the cars trying to make it on the 1st lap.....
Anyway, enjoy your free ticket.  I did not get one this year... I will watch the ALMS series on TV... better experience anyway.

The thing about the road course is yes you cannot see the whole track but if you can find a spot to hangout where there will be opportunities for cars to pass to each other there should be plenty of action.
