The entire reason for this "formula" is so that people can "sort" the providers in a given area by a specific field.  No offense to the powers that be, but this is exactly the thing I expect from a stereotypical computer programmer -- the type of people that usually like absolutes and hate grey areas.  As a scientist who programs, I notice this all the time with the straight-ahead programmers that I deal with.

The simple fact of the matter is that ratings are subjective, and there is NO way around that.  If it were up to me, I'd drop restrictions on "looks" and "service" ratings, and let people simply sort by particular items they like.  For example, if you want a provider that provides BBBJ and Anal, check those off as limits in your search (in fact, they already have that on the VIP search form, don't they?).  Let the ratings simply stand for themselves, and people can look at pictures to make their own opinions.

For my part, I'd dip to an average 5 on the service ratings if it were obvious that the escort would do all the things that I was interested in, and I found her sufficiently attractive.

Why is it that so many providers are receiving 10s, 9s, and 8s for performances that do not contain any extra points per the review rules.

I realize that appearance is in the eye of the beholder, but performance is much more straightforward.  Doesn't Staff look at each review with respect to the performance rating when they approved the reviews?

A 10 is an extremely rare rating to ever give a provider unless she does it ALL!!!!!!!

A 9 is still reserved only for those that truly go beyond the call of duty, but still hold back a few coveted treasures.

An 8 is what most of these reviews should be receiving as a maximum.

I'll give you a few examples:

Anna   10  anal, DFKs, BBBJTC, Multiple pops

Cher   COTOLEN's 6/02 Review gave her a 10 but she did none of the extra pointers that Anna does routinely.  At best a 7.

Without corrections, this throws a large skew into the search by average option which I consider to be the most valuable tool on this website.

I have filed numerous PROBLEM REPORTS and will continue to do so.  My complaint is why they are being allowed to continue to occur.

Maximum points on a review are set by what the provider is willing to do (the things on her profile) not by what happens in an individual session.  Example, the guy may not want Anal, BBBJ, DFK, but the girl is willing to.

Can you explain specifically why Cotelon's reveiw of Cher deserves to maintain the 10 for performance?

I am not saying she deserves a 10, she can potentially get a 10 based upon her profile.  I personally have not met any provider I would call a 10. (though some were pretty darn close) I hope to one day meet a 10 - once in a lifetime

A BBBJTC or Multi-pop should bump it up to 10.  Mainly it is a guildline.  I have read reviews of provider that included anal and DFK and the reviewer only gave her a 7 :-(

I could care less if the lady does Anal.  I don't ask, and don't enjoy it.  If I were I piece of shit, I'd belong in her ass, but since I am a lover, I occupy myself with other aspects of her anatomy.

In addition, while this doesn't refer to me personally, I know some guys who DON'T want BBBJ, and would actually subtract points for a lady who insisted upon it.

I have had experiences that for me personally, would qualify as perfect, and neither multiple partners, nor anal were part of the experience.  One reason that I have stopped posting reviews is that the staff has some absurd formula for what type of session can't deserve better than a 7.  This type of thing makes the whole exercise pointless to me.  I am NOT looking for a cook-book session.  I want creative sponteneity on the part of the lady, so that I am stimulated on multiple dimensions.  If she does that for me, she warrant's high marks, NOT if she performs some specific act that I personally may not care about.

Even though there are restrictions on performance rating, it is always better to post a review.

I have stopped using performance/look filter to screen providers.  There are too much grade inflations and outdated info in a provider's profile.

I instead read the reviews and try to figure whether I will have a good time with her.

Posting a review with detail description will surely help others just as reading a fellow reviewer's review benefits oneself.

Probably the most revealing part of this "SAT" is the essay portion. If done properly, it will give you a better idea of not only the provider but also the reviewer. It's as important to know something about the client as the provider, since the review is only from his Point of View.

In Los Angeles, there seem to be a lot of underemployed screenwriters, so the review essays can also be fairly entertaining. Particularly liked the one where the review was written up in the style of a Raymond Chandler gumshoe-detective.

SO if the client seeks a provider that conducts herself the way that her doctor says she should because he also believes that that is the best way for someone to go about getting their groove on, then even if they achieve a mind blowingly good time that is with in their own comfort zone the provider shouldn't get a 9 0r 10????
I may not do BBBJ's...or some of the things that the vanilla folks deemed worthy of 9's and tens but there are things I can do better than anyone else...they just aren't clinically risky. Now I have been sought out for these things and they are what qualifies me as a 9-10 in performance (when with a compatible gentlemen)...so who are you to say that they are anyless stimulating or worthy of a great rating? being able to connect and express yourself sexually as well as being imaginative and adventurous should count for something...afterall not every man out there wants to see a provider that regularly provides cum slurping bj's and anal sex and many more sure as hell don't want to DFK her.

I certainly don't recall him saying that. He simply requests that the TER guidelines be followed. Unfortunately, some reviews will always slip by. We need to remember that TER has to process tons of reviews on a daily basis. They just don't have the time to check for everything required to attain the highest marks. Just my 2 cents.

I could not agree with your last statement more.  I am merely saying that if I must follow the rules, then so should everyone else.  I did not make them up and would suggest changes if I were responsible for them.

It is just that a statistical tool is only as good as the information put into it, and therefore the saying:

     "Garbage in, garbage out"!

BBBJ's, two girl, two guy, anal are not qualities that I select my providers by, but I have found that performance can be a good indicator of someone that is worth investigating further.  The reviewers history, number of reviews under his belt, and extent of detail usually paint the rest of the picture.

I personally believe a perfect performance of 10 is a rare occasion and should not be taken lightly.  A rating of an 7 is something to be proud of and means you did a great job.

I just recently had my best session ever and rated her performance an 8 in keeping with the guidelines.  Based on your perspective, I should have given her a 10.  That is my point exactly.

Chemistry is what keeps them coming back, over and over again....

You might as well give up on this.  You are never going to get the performance ratings to conform to the TER rules.  You will just have to read the reviews.

Not true.

I have had several reviews changed from 10's by using the system and filing a problem report.
