But kink is not the same as BDSM. BDSM is just one (albeit large) subset of kink. What if you want to do some watersports without being restrained, disciplined, dominated, etc.?

Assuming that you meant "receiving" pantyhose play, spitting, water sports and pegging, those are all generally considered to be fairly submissive acts in a traditional BDSM scene and a majority of hobbyists probably WANT a Dominance/submission (D/s) component incorporated along with those types of play.
If you are the rare exception that doesn't want the D/s, just convey to your potential provider that you want to "bottom" as "an equal" without D/s or humiliation play, and any attentive provider will just remove that type of thing from the menu during your time together. Bear in mind that there are many kinky women who are naturally dominant, so it might be that your desire to take away the D/s component from the scene makes playing with you less appealing to them, so don't get upset if a few turn you down. In fact, you might have better luck for these types of play with a traditional provider who has a kinky streak rather than a dominatrix since you're not actually seeking a power exchange.
