I think if you would ask Doctor Gonzo, the M&G Board moderator (and the other half of my brain, as well as my frequent cohost), he'd tell you what I would say- that there's no cause for concern on your part, and that he should be a trustworthy host interested in seeing that all will have a good time.

Granted, this isn't a Florida reference- but I'm sure neutrinoman could come up with a few if he tried.

You have no reviews in Florida, so why are you wanting to host a meet and greet here?  No one seems to know who you are, so why would we be hot to trot to come to your party?

Not trying to discourage you, but I think we should know a little about you before committing to a meet and greet with an unknown host.

You have any Florida references?  That might help.

To all Curious Onlookers:

You are correct....I am not a Floridian. I don't  review much and does it really matter? As to why I would want to host in Florida the pat answer would be Why Not? But you asked so why not answer in a way that may at least put you at ease.

I have hosted parties all over the place. Many ahve been large and elegant affairs which have drawn well into the hundreds. I have done this before and thought it might be nice to host one where I haven't been for a party yet. I have enlisted the help of Sindie, Bella, Amber Ashley and GatorJimmy. They seem not to have a problem with this, so again I ask....Why not?

I understand a natural reticence to attend something hosted by a stranger but you might find it entertaining and even enjoyable. From the responses I have so far I would say that most welcome me with open arms.

To each his or her own, but I am doing this to have some fun. Join in if you wish, but don't if you are concerned. We will be having a great time one way or the other.

Careful is something we all need to be.  I am not familiar with any of your previous parties, and I think you understand the need for us all to be safe.  

So, I think you can understand my curiosity about you and your desire to host a party in Florida.  I appreciate your answer to my query.  Hope it all goes well, and I am interested.

Please still know that you will need to send in a request to the email address of your interest.  Just because you may have attended a party in the past does not mean you are automatically put on the master list.  Everyone has to go through the same process.

So get that email to us asap.....
