M and G's are arranged so guys can meet the ladies and vice versa in a relaxed setting. The LA ones which I host are typically like a cocktail party. The last one I hosted in July was probably the biggest one we have ever had in LA. Approx 120 people attended including about 50 ladies. We typically take over the venue for a set amount of hours. I believe most of the parties held across the country are done in this fashion.
The LV ones are different as they are held at a private home and are a bit more risque. Tasha is hostest with the mostest for those parties (she is hosting another one on Sept 5, see below).
The important thing to remember is that all of the attendees are screened for references and/or reviews. No reference is no invite.
If you would like to hold a party, I'm sure people would love to come. It's always important to remember that the ladies absolutely make the party. Because without the ladies, its a bunch of dudes talking bs. And thats no fun.
These parties are a lot of fun and I do know ladies get follow on business from them.

Do you guys arrange these so providers can meet the reviewers? I would like to maybe throw one myself... is that possible? I have a few really hot friends that can come also.

When will the meet and greet take place?
who attends an M & G is screened so you can be assured (as much as possible) that no one is LE. I believe an M & G was infiltrated by the cops in Phoenix not too long ago.
If you're going to have your own M & G, you better be sure all the guys are 100% legit. That goes for the women you don't know personally as well.
For me, these are opportunities to meet providers for prospective meetings, not to forget mentioning attending some really cool parties! I have not met with a lady without having met her at an M&G, or without a specific recommendation from a lady in my circle of friends, in over two years.
Meeting ladies at M&G's allows me the opportunity to meet,see,and talk with ladies in person before making appointment requests. I may be wrong, but I believe this may be a screening tool that may be useful for some ladies. It definitely is for me. And it has lead to many great meetings subsequently, and I expect this will remain so in the future...

It is a venue where you can meet prospective friends after you have screened and verified their hobbying activity and confirmed them with their respective providers. At this venue, one can have discussions with hobbyist and providers and determine if they would like to take their relationship further. It is a relaxed setting where you can test and investigate if there would be a chemistry between you and the provider. Also there might be a chance to do other things and have good conversations on a myriad of topics. I went to one last night in Maryland.
