Actually I have excellent references with the ladies, and my sence of humor is one of the driving forces. And I am flattered you have read me other posts. Unfortunately I must grow a bigger pair before shaving my testicles, but I'm working on it. Regarding all the free sex I'm offerEd, I enjoy the P4P, the sex is better, the girls prettier, the drama lower and ultimately less expensive in the long run, especially if you factor in the time investment.

The expression grow a pair normally refers to a male needed to demonstrate some courage or strength, the pair refers to his balls where testosterone is produce. Since women do not have balls or testosterone, but a pair of tits, telling them to grow a pair with the implication that they need courage to post a picture of the said tits is considered humor.
The expression "come on" is being used twice as double entendre, one meaning to mean "join in" the other meaning to "come on" said tits.
The other phrases "bum fuck Kentucy" and "show us your tits" are standard burlesque style humor.
