Honestly, I'd start by asking if the other party is okay with marks, and, if so, for how long. The answer to that, if it's "No marks", is going to eliminate a TON of things right off the bat. The aforementioned 50 page document might be down to 2 pages after that.I know i've seen BDSM questionnaire forms that allow you to communicate to the person your having a session with what you like/dislike have tried/might want to try, really want them to try but don't want to ask and so on. I was looking for one online but everything I've tried Googling comes back with a really short half page form or a 50 page document with with a required essay. Does anyone know of a form that's in the 1-3 page range?

It's a bit on the short side because I also like discussing my partner's interests via email or vis-a-vis, and of course it's geared towards a P4P session, but I think it covers much of what I need to know about my partner to please him or have him please us. It builds a nice foundation for getting to know each other. I like the well thought out and genuinely interested in BDSM answers the best, of course!
