So one of my ATF kinky (domme) friends had to cancel her plans to visit my part of the world because she wasn't feeling well.  A little disappointing, sure, but stuff happens, no big deal.  We made some other plans for a little further down the road.  Just in passing, I mentioned that I'd been "saving" myself for the past week, so if she was gonna cancel, I was probably gonna go hit NiteFlirt or something.  She comes back with "We can do naughty talk on Skype sometime if you like".  For some reason, this invite freaked me out.  I politely declined, saying that I'd rather see her in person.

Now I'm trying to figure out why I was so freaked.  For sure, I was a little concerned that this would become an ongoing "thing" and as such, was going to represent a bad case of wallet-drain.  OTOH, I have no problem occasionally calling a phone- or cam-sex service, with my hobby only credit card in one hand, lube in the other, and talking to a woman I've never met and never will.

I also know that there are real freaky kinksters who go the whole route, entering into "contracts" with women where they have regularly scheduled Skype "check-ins", where they receive "assignments", etc.  Maybe I was taken aback because I never thought of myself as one of "those" kinds of kinksters?  Or maybe because even though we have a "profe$$ional" relationship, we're also kinda like friends, and I thought the boundaries between us would get even murkier than they already are?  I don't know..

Anyway:  I'm curious about the experiences of others, both providers and clients.  Do any of you pervs engage in this sort of stuff, with someone whom you also see IRL?
