I am reminded of Cloe Webb's portrayal of Nancy Spungen, when she is angered by people marginalizing her, so she says, "I got may own STUFF to do!" And then she proceeds to kill the greatest bass player in history for the rest of the movie. I tried to do a search on the exact scene of dialog from Sid and Nancy, but I keep getting Nancy Pelosi in the results and the term "fluff and fold" Democrats. But I digress.
Political Solutions are not oxymorons that happen by themselves. They require the participation of everyone. That's the only way the rich can get elected and stay elected. Otherwise they will gain power through government systems other than democracy and we won't get to leave work 2 hours early on Election Day to sit at a bar and complain about the televised incoming results. So don't give up on a system that has given up on you, whether that be a discussion board or your faith or your country.
You are needed. Just like Nancy Spungen. But if you go, try to make your farewell entertaining for the rest of us.

then there is all the rest of us clowns... and our bickering... but hey, what I wouldn't give to see Obama and Hillary or Obama and McCain go at it like we do. at least their true feelings might come out. At least we would have dialogs that might reveal what ideals they hold dearest... cause as of now... I just don't know... all I know is that we elect the person who runs best, and not the person who governs best (look at the current POTUS).

Doc has not gone anywhere outside to run..Run Forest Run .. A couple of car lengths and he will rest and come back dishing out but whining when he gets it back..
