I originally read it in an article about Limbaugh and Anne Coulter villifying McCains credentials. Don't know who first coined the term... but it does give an insight into just how utterly tunnel-visioned the extreme right has become.

Then again, Limbaugh and Coulter both feed on their young so who's to say.

... but the only thing to come out of Super Snoozeday is John McCain is the presumptive Heir Apparent for the GOP. The dittoheads are contemplating suicide voting.

Maybe we could just eliminate the Republicans from the ballot this fall and just have Hillary vs Obama? What's the diffrence? We're fucked either way??
 What a sad day for republicans if McCain is all they can muster... I declare the end of the GOP as an organized party... If there EVER was a time for someone ANYONE to pull a third-party coup d’état it would be now, in America's weakest political-hour...

so we have always been protected from torture UNTIL NOW!!!!!! Now it's all different. We used to have the Juenba Convention forcefield shielding us. That why the japs were so good to us in the Philipines!!! Death March my ass!!!

I can tell you with certainty it wasn't Rush. Labels aside, he has not been advocating the concept. He may end there in a few or several weeks, but it hasn't happened yet. Best I can tell this term came from Charles Hurt at the NY Post. I've seen it also on some nitwitted blogosphere sites.
