You guys are making my point.  The fact that they even hastle people is the problem.  Most places in TJ or anywhere else in Mexico I have been do not treat guests that way.  There whole attitude was none too friendly and that the guest was going to do whatever the heck they wanted them to do.  Why put up with that hassle?  I also don't like the fact the big police station is right across the street.  They might just call a cop, the way they were acting.
