As long as it's not Obama vs Huckabee, I will probably hold my nose and vote for the least offensive candidate. If it comes down to those two, I'll probably go your route and write in a candidate.

I know you hope to have a better choice come November, but I think our choicer are going to get narrower rather than better as the campaign progresses. Like Matt and Trey said, it will probably come down to "A giant douche vs A turd sandwich" It always seems to.

The battle for the Democrat Nomination is reminding me of the good ol' days.  Bill Clinton is attacking Obama at every stop and then when Obama replies Clinton asks the media and the American people to feel sorry for him.  Once again he engages in the "politics of personal destruction" and then accuses the other guy of doing it.  He actually chastised the media the other day for paying too much attention to him and not enough to Hillary.  The idea of him shutting the fuck up never actually occurred to him.  The problem is he's doing it to a Democrat and not a Republican so the media won't carry his water for him this time.  The guy is truly a disgrace and a real piece of shit.

Probably because he's got the hots for Hillary!

If I could believe that he would be the defacto POTUS, I'd vote for him in a second. As it stands there is no one that I can actually vote "for". I don't like a single candidate on either side of the aisle. There are a couple that are slightly less detestable than the others, and a couple,(Huckabee and Obama) that I could not cast a ballot for, even at gunpoint, but there in no one that I actually support.

for her.  The only question is, WHY?  Do they want to be ON TOP, or BOTTOM?

Personally, I think Repubs are mostly submissive lawnorder types, so I would have to bet they want to be bottoms.

But your comment is exactly why I think it will be Clinton vs. McCain - nobody likes anybody, and it will be entirely a matter of who is least hated.  Until Monday, I was thinking that would be McCain, with 80% of the voters staying home.

But ITS POSSIBLE for the Repubs to fuck the economy SO THOROUGHLY that Clinton could be elected.  (And don't kid yourself - for every hobbyist who hates her ass, there is a soccer mom or social worker who loves her.)

And I don't think we're going to know how bad the economy is going to be until the summer, maybe even the fall.  I don't think it will be about the Dow, but about foreclosures.

And the other thing you are right about is that Bill will NOT be president if Hill gets elected.  He will spend half his time on his knees under the Presidential desk, and she'll let him spend the other half the time catting around.   Spouse get tired of each other, especially ones like those.

Maybe they'll start a 1600 PA AVE Swingers' Club.  Hill is about the right appearance - the question is, can she get into it?

When Bill Clinton was the President I had lots of money to hobby with. Now I can only afford to hobby 1/3 as much. I sure would like recapture the lost 2/3.

Use to average 6 or 7 times a month now I barely can afford twice a month.

As far as I am concerned it is the economy stupid.

Perhaps if you didn't leave work 6 or 7 times a month to hobby you would still be earning enough money.  There is nothing more pathetic than people blaming government for their personal failures.

The economy is cyclical and we've had six great years of growth under every statistical category.  The first red flag and everyone pisses their pants.  I'm not worried because I work hard and didn't get roped into a mortgage I couldn't afford.

and that's asshole manipulating politicians blaming people on the other side of the world for their con games.

The economy may be cyclical, but the bullshit is perennial.  Don't go begging Jesus to stop shitting on you if you havent been eating Bushit.

I don't have to leave work. Obviously, you haven't heard of after hours hobbying because you have a need to hide your hobby and I do not.

Secondly, you don't know a damn thing about statistics, economy or business cycles. You must also believe in incessant tax cut and taxes can be zero.

and that is the biggest problem i see in this campaign... it isnt even a devil you know vs devil you dont lesser of two evils, its a matter of there is noone in the election who i believe knows that the fuck they are doing.

if i am to exercise my conscience as well as my right to vote; and if I were to cast my vote today, it would be a write in.
I hope I have a better choice by November.
