It may be because she lives there, i would guess most others only travel there. It is cheaper to go in the Spring or Fall.

I don't get to make it there that much, as it is at least 3 hours or so each way..
But, I try to go and have some fun and visit friends and enjoy some of my favorite restaurants and spots and get some other fun in too.
