Glad to hear you are OK. I have not seen you in the past, and I do not want brownie points in the future. I just wanted to say hi, and glad to know that you are not letting people get you down. Things happen in everyone's life that can not be helped, or even if you take a break. Thinking that you are a machine and punching a clock is not really the service that you want to give to people anyways. Be yourself and if things happen beyond your control, then I'm sure your regulars will understand. I do one day hope to meet, until then good luck.

p.s My hours are flexible but with your busy schedule when can a "newbie" like me fit in your schedule? 2 days advance notice mabe? mornings, afternoons or evenings better for you?
