Prior to the 2004 election Bush had NASA drop hurricane seeds off the coast of Florida and after the Hurricanes Bush came in and helped with financial relief immediately and insured his win in a closely divided state.NASA stored the left over seeds but after time they become quite unstable and they can not be contained in the lab.. NASA asked Bush where they should dump them and Bush told them "Dump em in the Gulf" downwind of New Orleans where those people live that didn't vote for me" ..So what I am saying he could have easily made it snow in Baghdad..

Given the extent to which the right has gone to bash all things liberal in general and all things Clinton in particular - even to gratuitously mocking the innocent offspring - I am shocked that the irony of your statement somehow escapes you.
The few years of 'bush bashing' are insignificant in the face of all the character assassination by the left, even to the extent of a federally funded and republican driven 6 year witch hunt that yielded nothing more than a man who lied because he was ashamed of cheating on his wife.
