I don't think so, but it does take him out of  his position  in the line of Presidential succession.  In the event of the death or incapacity of POTUS Hilary Clinton, VP WJC would have to be skipped and the Speaker of the US House Of Reps becomes POTUS.

So, are you ready for the possibilty, however remote, of POTUS Nancy Pelosi?

I know this would never happen, but I'm still curious.  Does Bill's 8 years as president preclude him from being his wife's vice-president?  Obviously, it's permissible to be vp for 8 years and then serve as president, but does it work the other way around as well?

John Edwards holds a commanding lead

Joe Biden  0%
Hillary Clinton  0%
Chris Dodd  0%
John Edwards  46.15%
Dennis Kucinich  7.69%
Barak Obama  38.46%
Bill Richardson  7.69%

If this particular poll holds any water and Hillary walks away with the vote from the Iowa caucuses it would indicate to me that this entire election process is a sham, and conducted merely to placate the public into thinking that we're still a democratic republic.

Bill Clinton as potus for 4 years??
Hillary 0%??

How soon they forget.  For the record, Clinton was President for two terms -- eight  years, not four, which is why he is ineligible to be President again.  And because he is not eligible to be President under the terms of the 22nd Amendment, he is not eligible to be Vice President based on the 12th Amendment:

"No person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
