I've seen Rosa four or five times and on occasion she has been 10 or 15 minutes late, due to traffic, but overall one of the best. Plus southpark is posting his (her)first review, may be a jealous competitor looking to create a little trouble. "Had to walk all the way back to the border"? Its about 100 yards from the pharmacy. I don't think this person even went to TJ.
Southpark apparently got stood up by one of the best new providers Rosalba and he posted his complaint with a 1 and 1 rating.
This kind of thing is not fair to someone who has a consistent track record and has maintained her 8+ average over four pages of reviews in the last 8 months.
Staff, is it not possible to throw out the exceptions so that her average is not affected by one guy (possible not legit as well) who is not reviewing his time with her, but instead is basically bitching about his bad luck or poor timing perhaps.
Everyone gets stood up sooner or later, but usually they don't get to attach a red letter to the provider on the first occurrence.

I removed the review. Not because it was inconsistent, but rather because it was a no-show. We normally do not approve no-show reviews. This one slipped through.

You should post a "problem" report, as Rosalba is a creative provider, attempting to fill a niche for S.D. hobbyists.
Several other things to consider with "southpark's" review. Rosalba has little or no English skills, so a language foul-up is certainly possible. This is "southpark's" first and only review. And what's with all of the cap's - I don't like being screamed at.
