Those poll numbers are useless. They're from 2000 and 2004.

It gives you everything a presidential candidate has said publicly on the issues and how they voted. I haven't checked the Congressional section yet.
It also notes the same things on State and Local candidates, but the sites records on that look to be incomplete.
