Do we get much news on the Indian Film industry in our main stream press? How many of us heard when Prabhat Studios in India went bust? How many cared? India is focused on one main thing .. Their economy and cars.. Iraq and Drafur are on their back page and Hollywood barely makes the news except for the tabloidish segments like Paris.
GAUHATI, India (AP) - In a Nov. 13 story, The Associated Press incorrectly reported that Paris Hilton was praised by conservationists for highlighting the problem of binge-drinking elephants in northeastern India. Lori Berk, a publicist for Hilton, said she never made any comments about helping drunken elephants in India.
The mind boggles at the fact this story took precedence over other articles about Iraq, Darfur, and the Hollywood writers strike.

ON ANY level. Read any one story. Editors at major news papers promote the editorialistic style writing that leans (more often than not) left. Or there is the Alt.news group on the extreme right. Neither presents a fair and balanced review of all the facts.
as a simplistic view... take global warming. There is no room for review of ALL the data. The fact that the southern hemisphere seems to be cooling is left out of the reports. To top it all off, no where in the press is the fact that Mars and even Pluto seem to be experiencing a "warming trend" - possibly indicating a shift in solar output. But is that reported in the same article as the warming hype?
I know that you have been interviewed by the press - in a few instances the reporter liked me... and checked back with me to be sure that he had the facts and my statements correct. where they cared less.... well, they just made up stuff and printed..... not good.
so - repsonsible journalism.... maybe in High School.... but not as adults... Heck - even Jack0 is more fact oriented (to a fault actually) than Dan "what's the frequency" Rather ever was.

How hard is it to figure out that Mars and Pluto are gaining heat from our own Global Warming..if we don't do something soon the moon will blow up and then we will only have stagnant seas..
I do NOT want someone with less education and experience telling me what something "means?!" for chrissake... Dan Rather was a lackluster student from a below average state teachers college in Huntsville Tx........
Just because I quit school in ninth grade doesn't mean I haven't learned how to read and research on my own ..
It is a fact that Mars and Pluto are heating up and since we are heating up the only logical conclusion is we are the cause..
The only reason Mars and Pluto are growing warmer is due to their proximity to the chunks being blown out of Uranus.
