Everytime a question like this comes up it never ends well.
I say keep the BBFS people in one group. Let them know who they are (as I did via PM) and move on. We all saw the after school specials and if a guy is willing to take the risk do you think your post will stop him?
If she'll do it for you, she does it for everyone! Obviously you'll do it with anyone who will let you but is it worth the risk? Do you have a S.O., how will you feel if you give her something? If you find providers to do it, you're both adults but just ask yourself if it's worth it! Even if you can't finish in a cover lots of girls will CIM because it's much much safer and that's good enough for me.

I don't want to name names here but if you google bareback reviewed providers a certain lady with a last name starting with R will come up. She has stellar reviews and takes medication to block HIV/AIDS. She is not Asian or Latina but appears quite fit.
No I do not encourage or indulge this type of activity however if there is someone offering it I would prefer to point you in that direction.
