I've had a pay pig or two in my time... but to be perfectly honest, I was a little uncomfortable with it.
My longest lasting pay pig was with me for a few years. I met him through an online advertising site, where he volunteered to pay for my advertising fees, saying that he loved reading my writing and seeing my photos (for some reason, he did not feel satisfied by my website). After a few weeks, he asked if there was more he could do, so I told him he could pay my gym membership so that I could keep looking good. Apparently that wasn't enough, so I offered to let him pay my cable bill as well. He could apparently handle more, so started sending the utilities. And it went on...
What made me feel weird was that he didn't seem to went to converse at all aside from the bill paying. I eventually weirded him out I think when I told him to buy me a plane ticket to come out to see him (I was honestly going there anyway), and he backed off, saying that the fantasy would be ruined if I spoke directly to him. I'm sure I could have worked around that to keep him, but I was kind of turned off that he didn't want to take things to the next level. As much as I thought I would, I really don't miss him. Even though I was demanding money, I felt oddly in his debt and I *hate* feeling that way, especially in a D/s setting.
Best pay pig ever, whom I'd still be seeing if I lived locally to him - he had a fantasy of being cornered, subdued, and mugged by a beautiful black female thug. So, I dressed up in my best hoodrat attire and chased him down into a dark alley, roughed him up a wee bit, and took the contents of his wallet 
Easy enough, but I wish we could have worked something more physical into the deal, as he was a very good looking guy!
These days, I do see men that spoil me silly, and I love it. But I'd never consider any of them pigs! They're actually quite nice I actually find myself playing a more submissive role when it comes to separating men from their money, as it's very important to me that they remain in control of the situation. I've found myself playing "the doll" who men dress up (via a shopping spree at Agent Provocateur or Syren Latex) and display or the Pygmalion type lured into the debt of a man with with lewd intentions by expensive gifts. I feel it suits me much better
