This will be the first time ever that I have responded to something on this board.  But, I felt the need to respond and agree with Curly.  You have no idea how many times the gentlemen who visit me tells me the same thing.  I feel just terrible when it happens and it is unfortunate when it does.  I encourage any gentleman who wants to spend time with a lady to take at least 30 min. to do their research of whom they are wanting to spend time with.  Be sure to read their recent and present reviews, contact a couple of reviewers to ask them basic questions about the provider,  feel free to ask the lady how recent her photos are and any other questions without sounding rude or explicit.  You are the person that is paying for a service.  Therefore, you should get what you pay for.  Whenever you go to buy something in the store, you either ask someone about the product or you take the time to read about it.  When you are spending a considerable amount of money on a lady, you should find out about her as much as you can.  If you do, more than likely you won't be disappointed.  Lastly,  sometimes it is worth the extra $50.00 to spend time with a more upscale lady.  As curly said, higher end ladies will generally take better care of themselves and you.  This is just my 2 cents worth.
