They delude themselves into thinking that what they are doing has nothing, or very little, to do with sex.

But again, the main reason one looks down on someone else is because they look down on themselves. We all come to our own enlightenment in different subjects in our own ways and in our own time. The rest of us just have to smile patiently and wait it out.
