Here's some additional considerations - to protect yourself, you really can't conduct business as both the actress, and producer. Your idea is correct if you are the "actress" and you engage in activities with another "actor" and you two are employed by the producer...the key is "the chain of commerce".

I'm sure you've heard of sting cases where a producer is arrested for for engaging in activities with an actress for which he has paid...the LE will see that activity as prostitution.

Movies will work but you'll need to establish yourself as an actress working for a producer, and you'll need to have at least 3 parties engaged in the business relationship...the producer, the actress and the actor...and then it's important to make certain the monies flow in the proper direction, and the producer has the proper business permits and the producer is also in compliance with the USCC governing the production of pornographic material.

The Golden State is the only place in the US where its legal to make a porn film. The Calif Penal code sez: 653.20. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: (a) "Commit prostitution" means to engage in sexual conduct for money or other consideration, but does not include sexual conduct engaged in while making of a Porno movie. There was even a Supreme Court ruling that overturned a lower court conviction of a porn producer on charges related to prostitution. The opinion, CALIFORNIA v. FREEMAN, 488 U.S. 1311 (1989) written by the Justice O'Conner that said: " the prosecution of [Freeman] under the pandering statute must be viewed as a somewhat transparent attempt at an 'end run' around the First Amendment and the state obscenity laws."
I am having my Lawyer researce this as we speak, but it looks like if you tape your session with your Client and then sell him the Poron video for $200.00 or what ever price you think is fair it is legal.
As soon as my Lawyer gets back to me I will let you all know.
Since I started talking about doing this I have recieved a bunch of request from guys wanting to make a Porno with me.haven't started doing them yet waiting to hear back from my Lawyer.
