If there's only a small chance of getting caught (i.e. balcony at night, fairly empty parking garage, etc), and it's a client I know well enough that we could believably pull off that he's my SO, then I'm all for it! There's no harm in a little out door nookie if you're careful, and it's definitely a way to spice things up.
