I'm new to the site (TER) but have been visiting providers for about 6 months now. Really like the reviews and the message boards. Have some questions about some terminology - would appreciate some explanations. Apologize if I seem naive about this. GFE - what does this mean? Is this different than just some hour long visit?? What is a 'russian'?.
