I have an old college friend in LA who looks like a fucking Narc but is a stoner.  Whenever I'd pass through LAX (wearing my business suit), he'd pick me up driving his dark blue "Police Caprice." Everybody thought we were cops in an unmarked car.  Meanwhile, he'd put Randy Newman's "I love LA" on the tape player and light up a joint.
