hi i am originally from tx and my cousin just had a baby and wants to get into the oil field to make more money for his fam
i've heard such bad stories about going with the wrong company and wanted to see if anyone had any info on who do go with? i also know i north dakota they house and feed the guys when they are there do they do the same there? they have pipeline experience but not oil experience

Midland is the place he needs to go. They are having problems to find men that can pass a drug test. There is 5 percent unemployment rate there. The problem is there is no place to rent or hotel. You may try Goldsmith or Odessa for that. I was born and raised in the oil field and darn proud of it.
