I was watching a documentary about a similar case a week ago. Another girl had numerous cosmetic surgery, willing to risk life and limb over her titties. She went overseas to get bigger tits, and ultimately achieved triple F's. Cosmetic surgeons here in the US would not perform surgery on her because it would affect her health.
She got infected with a disease, and didn't want a surgery to save her life fearing she will lose her big tits. Finally she had the surgery. Anyhow, body dysmorphic disorder is a mental condition where a person preoccupies their subconsciousness on a flaw in their body. Ultimately, they have multiple surgeries to get it fix. Some extreme cases are people that self amputate their arms or legs thinking that its a physical flaw. I've provided you a brief synopsis of BDD in the link below.
As it relates to your thread, it just look uncomfortable to have those. I don't know how these girls sleep. I hope they find a cure to their psychological condition. Also, shame on the surgeons that perform these surgeries.

At my height, I would look retarded with anything bigger. If I did not also have an azz to balance things out, that too would make me look like I was about to fall over. I am planning on having some work done, but it is going to be subtle.
