Maybe someone can help me out. I am suddenly not seeing a particular provider's (actually an agency) posts. Instead of seeing the posts I see the message "user post is ignored".
I didn't do anything to block this poster that I know of (maybe did something accidentally?) and I'm pretty sure the poster didn't block me (I'm a client in good standing). Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?

If you surf TER on a smartphone it is kind of easy to do, since the screen is so small, and with a touch screen it is easy to hit ignore, instead of 'reply,' 'edit,' or 'report this post.' all those buttons are at the bottom of a post next to each other.
To 'unignore' go to your mail folder, cluck on 'ignored users,' then click 'remove.'

In your 'My TER', look for the tab that says 'Mail', click on it.
In that upper part of the page, look for the words 'Ignore List'.
Next page should have a list of any users that you have placed in that List (accidently or not)
If you want to remove an User from that List, just click on the 'Remove' button and that's it!
