I have not been there in a few years, so I am not of much help as it relates to the various escort sites -- though I think a few good German sites have ladies there.  Although it's a bit old school, I hear that the night club "Night Flight" is still the place to go to meet local ladies with special... talents.  IMHO it would be a mistake not to visit NF while in Moscow.
