I for one, charge very little for the public portions of my dates, but of course I have to make something to make up for the hours I am not getting paid the regular rate when I am with the client at lunch. Other ladies are somewhat different in that they feel, you are still paying for their time as an employee regardless of what you spend doing. Look at websites of extended dates is all I can say. In "most" cases a 12 hour is considered an overnight and is pretty steep, but the 8 hour I would probably lump into a date rate which for me is 7 hours already. I would just add a little extra for the hour and that's it.
